Project Description

Location:

Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road, Victoria

Description:

– Drinking and non-drinking water mains: DN 355 PE, DN 750 MSCL, DN 225 mPVC, DN 450 MSCL, DN 280 PE, DN 560 PE, DN 100 PE.

– Valves, Hydrants, and Fittings: Installation of valves, hydrants, and associated fittings to support network functionality and access points.

– Scour & Air Valve Pit Construction: Building scour and air valve pits for drainage and air release within the pipeline system.

– Service Connections: Connecting new mains to existing services to ensure seamless integration.

– Installation of sewer pipelines, including DN 300 PVC (648m) and DN 225 PVC (367m, bored).

– Installation of DN 90 PE Rising Main (16m).

– Manhole Construction: Building 12 concrete manholes with DN 1200mm internal diameter, ranging in depth from 2400mm to 5600mm.

– Testing & Commissioning: Full testing and commissioning of the pipeline system to confirm functionality and adherence to standards.

– CCTV Inspection: Performing CCTV inspections on all newly installed pipes to ensure quality and integrity.
