This project involved the construction of approximately 300 square meters of drivable brick pavement, emphasizing the restoration of the area’s historical character. Utilizing recycled bricks, we carefully selected materials to match the existing color and texture, ensuring a seamless integration with the surrounding architecture. The project aimed to enhance pedestrian and vehicle access while preserving the charm of the early 1900s aesthetics.
Our commitment to quality craftsmanship ensured that the pavement meets modern safety and durability standards while complementing the heritage of the neighbourhood.

Description:
– Brick Paving: Installation of brick laneway, covering approximately 260 m².
– Concrete Slab: Pouring a 260 m² concrete slab as a base layer under brickwork to ensure stability and durability.
– Bluestone Kerb Installation: Placement of bluestone kerbing along the laneway edges for structural and aesthetic purposes.
– Earthworks: Excavation and site preparation for base slab installation, including leveling and compaction.
– Access Considerations: Limited access for trucks and excavators due to narrow laneway width; special coordination required for equipment maneuvering and material delivery.
